In the case of failure to pay as the result of a Demand Notice or an Agreement, the Board of Water Commissioners will commit the outstanding balance, together with any additional fees, penalties, demands and interest to the Town of Dennis Board of Assessors by December 31st of the year following the year in which the charges were originally due in accordance with Chapter 40, Section 40A (M.G.L.).
